For all orders that are returned due being unclaimed or to an incorrect address, you will charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

Our online store will do its best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. it normally takes 1-2 business days to fulfil your order.
Shipping time estimates:
- Sydney metro, Canberra metro, Central Coast and Wollongong: 1-2 business days delivery from despatch
- NSW Regional, Melbourne, Brisbane: 2-3 business days delivery from despatch
- VIC Regional, QLD Regional, Adelaide: 3-4 business days delivery from despatch
- SA Regional, Tasmania: 4-5 business days delivery from despatch
- Darwin: 5-6 business days delivery from despatch
- Perth: 5-8 business days delivery from despatch
- NT Regional: 6-8 business days delivery from despatch
Please note that some rural locations may take slightly longer. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact the relevant courier company for any inquiries about your order, as once this leaves our Online store, it is in the hands of our partner Couriers. We use a combination of Startrack, Australia Post and Fastway.
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia.
